How we work: answers to frequently asked questions

About the contract, payment, access, and what happens after signing. Questions about specific services – on their pages, so you don't have to look for an answer in two places.

Getting started

What happens between your message and the first invoice.

What happens after I submit a lead?

We will write or call on the same business day – whichever is more convenient for you. Then we analyze the website and the niche, which takes up to two business days, and get back to you with a work plan and a price range. The analysis is free and does not obligate you to anything.

Do you take on any projects?

No. If there is almost no demand in the niche, advertising will not pay off, or it is cheaper to rebuild the website from scratch – we will tell you during the analysis. Taking a project that won't succeed is more expensive for both parties.

Do you work with other cities?

Yes, most clients are not from St. Petersburg. Calls and emails solve everything, there is no need to travel anywhere.

Contract and payment

We work officially, providing closing documents.

Who is the contract signed with?

With IP Agranovsky Alexander Sergeevich. INN, OGRNIP and full bank details – on the contact page, along with a file for accounting.

How does the payment work?

By invoice, via bank transfer. Retainer services – monthly in advance, development – by stages specified in the contract. We send closing documents at the end of each month.

What if there is no result?

No one who works honestly gives guarantees for specific positions. We fix the scope of work in the contract and show the result with numbers from your analytics. If the work is not done – you don't have to pay for it.

Can the contract be terminated?

Yes, with a one-month notice. All access and deliverables remain with you: we do not hold the client hostage by registering analytics and hosting under our name.

In progress

How communication works while the work is ongoing.

Who manages my project?

The same person who analyzed the website. We do not have a layer of account managers retelling the task to specialists.

How often do you report?

Once a month: what we did, how rankings and traffic changed, what we plan next. Between reports, we stay in touch via messenger and resolve urgent issues the same day.

Do you need access to the website and analytics?

Yes, to the admin panel, Metrica, and Webmaster. If your developers implement the changes, we work through tasks: we describe what to change and why, and then check the result.

Who owns the access rights and deliverables?

You do. Analytics, ad accounts, hosting, and domain are registered to you. The semantic core, texts, and reports remain yours after the work is completed.

If something goes wrong

Rare but important situations.

Rankings dropped, what should we do?

First, we figure out what happened: an algorithm update, website edits, or seasonality. The analysis is included in the work, you don't pay extra for it.

I don't like how the text is written

We revise it. Texts are approved before publication, the number of revisions is unlimited – it is important that you are ready to stand behind what is written on your website.

Questions about services

Timelines, prices and scope for each service line are answered on its own page, so the answer always sits next to the description.

Your question is not on the list?

Write to us and we will answer the same business day. If the question turns out to be common, we will add it here.
